📌 MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

1. Monthly Auto-Billing

Memberships renew automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. No Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable. Missed months do not roll over unless approved under the transfer policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

A 30-day notice is required to cancel. Cancellations must be submitted through the online form.

4. Transfer Policy

If you cannot use your monthly service, you may transfer that month’s facial to one relative (1 transfer per month).

5. Appointment Cancellation

Any appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance or a fee may apply. Members follow the same policy.

6. No Sharing of Membership

Memberships are individual and cannot be shared, except through the approved transfer policy.

7. Booking Access

Members receive priority booking but must schedule within spa hours and availability.
