We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes be made atleast 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. This enables us to treat all clients fairly and maintain a smooth scheduling process. Members follow the same policy and may transfer their session to a relative if needed.
We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but scheduled appointments will always have priority.
